Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Mrs. N.Oyundari signs a Memorandum of Understanding with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) on UNCTAD’s support for and cooperation with the International Think Tank for LLDCs on 2 June 2015.
During her participation in the High-Level Meeting on the Follow-up to the Second United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, held in Livingstone, Zambia, 2 to 4 June 2015, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Mrs. N.Oyundari signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), based in Geneva, Switzerland, on the scope of collaboration and support for the International Think Tank for LLDCs.
The MoU also acknowledges the work that the Think Tank is doing for LLDCs and it provides a platform for closer cooperation between the Think Tank and UNCTAD, including joint research projects, the exchange of expertise and experiences as well as the mutual participation in workshops and expert meetings organized by the two organizations.
