February 23, ITT for LLDCs Research team visited the High Technology Park under the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies of Republic of Azerbaijan.
Dr.Shihin Taghizade, Head of Planning and Supervision Department and Mr. Orkhan Aliyev, Deputy Executive Director of the State Fund for Development of Information Technologies, briefed us on the history and establishment of High Technology Parks in Azerbaijan, their purpose and current activities.
