February 23, ITT for LLDCs Research team visited the Data Processing Center ( DPC) under the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies of Republic of Azerbaijan.
Dr.Arif Mailov, Head of the National Certificate Service Center and Mr. Jamshid Nakhchivansky, Head of New Technologies Department of the DPC, briefed us on history of establishment of the DPC.
The DPC officials explained the sources of the present model of DPC and the phases of its modernization in present days.
