Interim Director E.Odbayar M.A. held a meeting with Mr. D.Hiratsuka, Executive Vice President of the Institute of Developing Economies (IDE) Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in Chiba, Japan. Mr.Odbayar expressed his willingness to collaborate with IDE-JETRO in the fields of capacity building for researchers of LLDCs, South South Cooperation, sharing of experiences and know how in terms of International Trade and Development of LLDCs of the region, organization of joint seminars and workshops in Mongolia or in other LLDCs.
Both sides agreed to explore the options of entering into a document which could entail the scope of future cooperation between IDE-JETRO and the ITT for LLDCs.
