H.E. Mr. Jörn Rosenberg, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany to Mongolia, received Mr. Dulguun Damdin-Od, Executive Director of ITTLLDC, at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ulaanbaatar for a brief courtesy meeting on October 19, 2022.
The two parties discussed potential ways of mutually beneficial collaboration regarding joint activities, including possible joint research, capacity building/training workshops on various subjects of interest to both parties such as economic diversification, trade facilitation, women empowerment, which prompted the Executive Director to share the details of some of the ongoing projects of the ITTLLDC, specifically the Regional Conference for Women Entrepreneurs of Asian LLDCs that the ITTLLDC plans to organize in 2023.
The Ambassador thanked Mr. Dulguun for the informative visit and expressed his willingness to cooperate in any capacity he can, including exchange of information and connecting the ITTLLDC to German institutions of common interest.
