Resident Ambassador of Nepal to the People’s Republic of China, and Non-Resident Ambassador to Mongolia and Democratic People’s Republic of Korea H.E. Mr. Bishnu Pukar Shrestha had a visit to the offices of the ITTLLDC at the UN House on November 17, 2023.
Nepal, fellow landlocked developing country as well as our staunch supporter, became a member of the International Think Tank in 2017. Nepal is reaching the middle-income status by 2026.
The parties exchanged opinions on how to expand cooperation with the group of landlocked developing countries, contribution to the organization, what research and analysis to focus on near future, and what issues should be included in the future ten-year Programme of Action 2024-2034 to be approved at Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries.
