On April 12, 2019 Mr. Erdenetsogt Odbayar, Executive Director of the International Think Tank for LLDCs and H.E. Mr. Damdin Tsogtbaatar, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mongolia have signed the Host Country Agreement between the International Think Tank for LLDCs and the Government of Mongolia at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.
This Agreement is the key legal document that defines the legal status of theInternational Think Tank for LLDCs in the Host Country of Mongolia.
Furthermore it also sets out the duties and responsibilities of the parties as well as the privileges and immunities granted by the Government of Mongolia to the International Think Tank for LLDCs in the host country with the view to effectively support the functions and operations of the International Think Tank for LLDCs for the benefit of all landlocked developing countries.

Монгол Улсын Засгийн газартай Хүлээн авагч улсын хэлэлцээр байгууллаа
2019 оны 4-р сарын 12-ны өдөр Монгол Улсын Гадаад харилцааны яаманд Далайд гарцгүй хөгжиж байгаа орнуудын Олон улсын судалгааны төвийн гүйцэтгэх захирал Э.Одбаяр, Монгол Улсын Гадаад харилцааны сайд Д.Цогтбаатар нар ДГХБО-ын ОУСТ болон Монгол Улсын Засгийн газар хоорондын Хүлээн авагч улсын хэлэлцээрт гарын үсэг зурав.
Энэхүү хэлэлцээр нь ДГХБО-ын ОУСТ-ийн Монгол Улс дахь эрх зүйн статусыг тодорхойлсон гол баримт хэлэлцээр юм.
Түүнчлэн далайд гарцгүй хөгжиж байгаа орнуудын ашиг тусын тулд ДГХБО-ын ОУСТ-ийн чиг үүрэг, үйл ажиллагааг үр дүнтэй дэмжих үүднээс талуудын хүлээсэн үүрэг, хариуцлага, мөн хүлээн авагч орон болох Монгол Улсын Засгийн газраас ДГХБО-ын ОУСТ-д эдлүүлэх эрх ямба, дархан эрхийг тодорхойлсон түүхэн баримт бичиг юм.
