Research team of the International Think Tank for Landlocked Developing Countries arrived in Baku, Azerbaijan to conduct interviews with experts and decision makers of Azerbaijan within the framework of the joint research project “Connectivity in Landlocked developing Countries: Guidelines and best practices for ICT Development and Governance” to be implemented in cooperation with the University of Sydney.

The International Think Tank for LLDCs and the University of Sydney have started cooperation after the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding in November 2015 followed by an Agreement on implementing a joint research project in 2016 and 2017.
The research team of the ITT for LLDCs will work in Baku for 5 days interviewing experts and organizations.
