The International Think Tank for LLDCs and the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic successfully organized a study visit to Prague, Czech Republic in order to build capacity of Mongolian public servants working in the financial sector.
It is the second time both parties have jointly organized the study tour to Prague.
The study visit covered the following topics:
1. Management and Control of Public Finance (PFM, budgetary processes, management of State debt and financial assets management, PIFC/PIC concepts, etc)
2. Regulation and methodology of Public and Private sector Partnership projects (PPP)
3. Protection of investments (possible financial implication/threat of of arbitration)
4. International Financial Institutions (IFIs) and Development Cooperation (bilateral and multilateral, ODA, EU programmes, etc.)
